What is a funeral program and what should it contain?

A funeral program is a printed brochure that is given to guests who come to honor and say goodbye to the deceased at a funeral. As a rule, funeral programs should be given in advance and usually they include the following information:

Full name of a deceased;
Photo of the deceased;
Birth and death dates;
Funeral procession information (place, time and date);
Name of person who will host a service (priest, pastor etc.);
Titles of songs which are sung at a funeral.

What is a memorial service program and what should it include?

A memorial service program is printed brochure that contains less official information and is given to guests in order to celebrate the life and achievements of the deceased. The memorial service brochure templates in PSD is given to guests at a memorial service event that is held after an official funeral procession. It may not contain some official information, like the birth and death dates, funeral procession details. It may rather contain more informal information about the diseased, like brief biography, favorite quotes or poetry which the deceased loved, gratitude words of the family of the deceased to those who came, etc.
